Position: Admin Team Leader

Description: We are looking for an individual to lead the administrative function within our Customer Service Division. This role supports the day to day activities of the administrative & customer services team so our apprentices, candidates, delivery team and employers receive the support and information they need, when they need it.

Example of Duties

•Providing administration support for the team including scheduling meetings and booking venues, producing agendas and taking minutes
•Maintaining relationships across the administrative and customer services team, representing the division at meetings and communicating key strategic business messages and information in a timely manner.
•Undertaking ad hoc administration as and when required, ensuring accurate, timely, delivery and that relevant policies and procedures are followed
•Ensure that accurate & compliant apprentice records are maintained including attendance achievement, progression and learning support
•Act as the point of escalation for all complex apprenticeship queries & lead the admin team with advice & guidance so they can be the first point of contact
•Creating programmes’ scheme of work, timelines and submission dates and sharing these with partners in time for delivery dates
•Have a proactive approach to Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values
•Attend required training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and adhere to CPD requirements
•Analysing data to identify emerging themes to continuously improve our performance and customer experience

Essential Criteria

Qualifications

● GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience

●Communicating with a variety of levels of people

● Leading a team

Skills

● Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

● Able to effectively plan, organise and prioritise workload

● Have the ability to work effectively with others in an office environment & deliver efficient customer service

● Able to develop rapport and build and maintain strong working relationships

● High attention to detail

● Able to lead a team and be collaborative

● Able to work on own initiative

● Takes responsibility to see a task through to completion

● Have a proven ability to follow company procedures and policies, acting in a professional manner

● Excellent IT skills
