We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in collecting and removing recycling and household waste from residential, commercial, and public areas.
Working as part of a crew, you will support the driver and fellow loaders to ensure efficient, safe, and timely waste collection in accordance with local authority guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and load refuse, recycling, and garden waste into designated collection vehicles.
- Ensure waste is collected from the correct locations and report any access or contamination issues.
- Return bins and containers neatly to their original locations after emptying.
- Assist the driver with safe manoeuvring and reversing where required.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Identify and report hazardous or contaminated waste, damaged bins, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with members of the public, representing the company or council positively at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Loading experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player.
- Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to walk long distances (up to 10 miles a day) and can lift heavy items.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Job Purpose
To ensure all vehicles meet the company’s quality, safety, and presentation standards before customer delivery.
We are seeking experienced Quality Control Inspectors, Vehicle Polishers, and Despatch Road Testers to ensure every vehicle leaves the business to the highest standards of quality, appearance, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
The role supports both production and despatch operations while maintaining high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) Inspection
- Carry out comprehensive quality inspections on completed vehicles before despatch.
- Identify cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, and functional defects.
- Verify that repairs and modifications have been completed to specification.
- Complete inspection documentation accurately and report defects using company systems.
- Liaise with production, and workshop teams to ensure defects are rectified.
- Ensure vehicles comply with customer requirements and company quality standards.
Vehicle Polishing and Finishing
- Machine polish and hand finish vehicles to achieve a high-quality presentation standard.
- Remove minor paint defects, blemishes, swirl marks, and surface contamination.
- Apply protective coatings, waxes, and finishing products where required.
- Inspect paintwork and body panels for cosmetic defects.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for final inspection and customer delivery.
- Maintain polishing equipment and ensure materials are used safely and efficiently.
Despatch Road Testing
- Conduct pre-despatch road tests in accordance with company procedures.
- Assess vehicle performance including steering, suspension, braking, transmission, engine operation, and electrical systems.
- Identify abnormal noises, vibrations, warning lights, or operational concerns.
- Record findings accurately and report defects for corrective action.
- Verify successful repair completion through re-testing where necessary.
- Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and ready for customer handover.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience in automotive quality inspection, vehicle preparation, polishing, or road testing.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems and automotive quality standards.

We are seeking a reliable a proactive Maintenance Operative to support the smooth running, safety, and upkeep of our site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem‑solving, and maintaining high standards across a busy operational environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the site remains clean, functional, and safe for all staff and visitors.
- Full UK Driving Licence – is essential for operating site vehicles and moving between areas. Ability to drive manual and automatic cars, including vans.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence – is essential for handling materials and supporting site operations. (need a valid licence) cannot be in house licence.
- Experience or and interest in general maintenance, facilities work, or groundskeeping.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and undertaking physically demanding tasks.

The Role
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to help us continue providing excellence to an expanding Irish, UK and European market within the provision of salt saturation, where we develop, manufacture and service our bespoke equipment on a national level.
Location: East Anglia, and South East Region (excludes London).
You would cover an area from Bedfordshire, Luton (M1), Cambridge to Ipswich, Norwich and part of the South East.

- Installation of Brine Station Control Units onto GRP tanks (made in the UK)
- Installation of Brine Stations on sites across the UK
- Repair, maintenance and servicing of Brine Stations in the field throughout England & Scotland.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required
Must have worked in a previous Field Service Engineer role and have over 2 years in relevant field, Engineer qualifications and experience.
