Key Responsibilities:

Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transaction.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties.

Placement Officer ( Admin and Clerical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the appropriate placement of looked- after children and care leavers.
  • Identify quality placements that are matched to meet child needs.
  • Source factual information to in-house foster carers and placement providers.
  • Quality assurance, manage placement budgets, contract negotiations, using data systems.  

Key Requirements:

  • GCSE’s in English and Maths at Grade C or above 
  • Relevant business or administrative qualification, ideally NVQ level 3 or above.
  • Effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external placement providers.
  • Awareness of local authority’s statutory responsibilities relating to vulnerable children and young people.
  • Work flexibly and meet emergency placement requests when required and respond positively in crisis situations

General Labourer

We’re seeking labourer’s to cover various dates in June and July.

Initially 2 days a week, Starting Monday 23rd June at 5.30am and Wednesday 25th June.

Company installs and fits furniture, based in Marston Mortaine but work will be done in various locations.

if you do not drive, we can arrange pick up and drop offs in an arranged location.

Normal Working 8am till 5pm, but may vary depending on where the work is.

Service Desk Analyst (Information Technology)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional ICT support to council staff.
  • Record and resolve various ICT inquiries and technical issues.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and record management.
