Key Responsibilities:

- Goods in and out: Check, load, and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and safe storage.
- Yard work: Move and organise materials, assist with vehicle movements, and keep the yard safe.
- Quality control: Inspect goods for damage or errors and report issues.
- General housekeeping: Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Physically fit: Able to carry out manual handling tasks, and perform physically demanding duties.
- Current / valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence: Confident in safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload goods.
- Own transport required: Due to the remote location and limited public transport.

Property Viewing Agent (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the viewing process.
- Conduct in-person property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Present properties in the best possible light, highlighting key features and answering questions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding property specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the sales or lettings team.
- Coordinate viewing schedules and ensure properties are ready and presentable before each appointment.
- Maintain records of viewings and client interactions using internal systems.
- Stay informed about local property market trends and company listings.
Key Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle is necessary (required for travel between Properties).
- Must live in Bedford, Bedfordshire – have local knowledge of Bedford streets / areas.
- 3 years previous experience in either customer service, admin, sales, office, marketing, property.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
- Preferred but not essential-previously worked in Estate Agent or Property services
Part-time (Saturdays) 1 day, there could be more days available (Monday & Fridays) and provide cover if required / depending on business needs.
Hours: 9:00-17:00 (Must be able to work at least 3 x Saturdays a month)
Must Drive be able to drive/ have own car: travel between property locations is required.

TIG Welder
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG Welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in TIG welding (1 year required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety.

Key Requirements
- Must have an accredited Degree OR Diploma in Environmental Health.

- Food Safety knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
